Jetpur Somnath Tollways Private Limited (JSTPL) is an SPV incorporated for the purpose of construction, operation and maintenance of the 127 km section of NH 8D connecting Jetpur and Somnath in the state of Gujarat. The SPV has been granted the concession for a period of 30 years, which is the longest concession period granted by NHAI. The scope of the project includes widening the existing two-lane road connecting Jetpur to Somnath in Gujarat to four lanes and creating a provision of ancillary facilities to road users. The road provides exclusive connectivity of the agricultural belt of Saurasthtra, Veraval and the Somnath Temple with the rest of Gujarat and India.

Shareholders

The construction on the project commenced on 1 April 2016. Uniquest currently holds 48% equity in JSTPL and is the single largest shareholder. IDFC Projects and PLUS Expressways Berhad hold 26% each in JSTPL.

Bankers

A consortium of lenders led by Punjab National Bank has provided debt financing to JSTPL. Other lenders in the consortium are Central Bank of India, Indian Overseas Bank and IIFCL.

JSTPL has appointed Halcrow Consulting India Private Limited as Design Consultant and Feedback Infrastructure Services Private Limited as the Project Management Consultant for the Project.

Khalghat Sendhwa Tollways Private Limited (KSTPL) (formerly known as SEW Navayuga Barwani Tollways Private Limited) is an SPV incorporated for the purpose of construction, operation and maintenance of the 82.8 km section of NH 3 connecting Khalghat to Madhya Pradesh/ Maharashtra border in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The SPV has been granted the concession for a period of 18 years. The scope of the project includes widening the existing two-lane road to four lanes and creating a provision of ancillary facilities to road users. The road provides important connectivity for traffic plying from Delhi to Mumbai.

Shareholders

Uniquest Infra Ventures Private Limited has acquired majority equity stake in KSTPL which was intially promoted by SEW Infrastructure Limited and Navayuga Engineering Company Limited

Bankers

HDFC Bank and India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited have provided debt financing to KSTPL
